Both stores accept web view apps, provided the listing is complete and the app adds real value. Work through the checklist first, then follow the store you're targeting.
Pre-submission checklist
- 512×512 PNG app icon, no transparency
- Feature graphic 1024×500 (Play) / 1290×2796 screenshots (App Store)
- At least 3 phone screenshots per store
- Hosted privacy policy URL
- Short description (80 chars) and full description
- Content rating questionnaire answered
- Contact email and support URL
